Nine Nantucket deeds recorded, but only one carries a price so far
Nine property deeds were recorded on Nantucket between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carries a posted sale price so far: $2,750,200 for a Sconset Avenue lot sold by Walter J. and Timothy Folger to Sconset Avenue LLC. The other eight sales, including two each on Sconset Avenue and Warren Street, are still awaiting price data from the registry. Two Warren Street deeds moved property into a trust under the same owner's name, and two transactions involved lenders as seller or buyer. With pricing available for only one of nine deeds, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be determined from the data on hand.
