Three separate deeds tied to 2 Paupamo Way, recorded the same day, show the property moving through a nominee trust, the cooperative, and finally to the Town of Nantucket. Two other sales, on Easy Street and Fairgrounds Road, involved banks as sellers. One Lily Street deed reflected an intra-family trust transfer. With six of seven prices not yet recorded, the period's market tone cannot be assessed from price data alone.
