Nantucket's Registry of Deeds recorded eight property transfers in October, all dated Oct. 2, but none carried a sale price as of this report, making it impossible to calculate a price range or median for the period. The month's most notable pattern involved Austin Farm Drive and Austin Farm Road, where buyer Robin Dietrich appeared on two separate deeds for "8" addresses on both streets. Four of the eight transactions listed a bank or lending entity, Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, Operative Bank, Bangor Savings Bank or Dart Collateral Manager LLC, as seller. With no price data available, market tone cannot be assessed this month.
