Because seven of the eight sales lacked recorded prices, a market-wide price range or median could not be calculated. Nantucket Town or its Planning office was the buyer on three transfers recorded July 7, each involving a trust as seller. Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank was the seller on two separate properties. With pricing largely not yet recorded, this period's data does not support a read on overall market tone.
