Nantucket's registry of deeds recorded five property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only one carried a sale price in the data so far: $254,000, for a property sold by Habitat for Humanity Nantucket Inc. to David Cunningham and Natasha Levens. Prices for the other four transfers, at Field Avenue, Shady Lane, Walsh Street and Coffin Street, had not yet posted to registry data as of this report. The batch included a mortgage-servicing transfer, a bank-seller transaction and two deeds involving trustees as sellers. With pricing data this limited, the month's market tone cannot yet be characterized; updated figures are expected as registry records are finalized.
