The other six transactions, including sales on Somerset Road, Okorwaw Avenue, Hooper Farm Road and Austin Farm Drive, show no price yet, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag rather than nondisclosure. Two transfers named the town of Nantucket as buyer. With pricing data largely pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be characterized beyond the raw count of seven recorded transactions.
